🏋️‍♀️ Join Royston Gym for a personalised fitness experience tailored to your individual needs. Located at 42 Percival Road, Frimley, Hastings at the EIT Institute of Sport & Health, Mitre 10 Park.

What we offer:

  • Complimentary physiotherapist assessment for all new members
  • Individualised exercise programmes suitable for all mobility levels
  • Expert guidance from qualified Physiotherapists and Health Coaches
  • No hidden fees or minimum contract periods
  • Only $16 per week for members 65+ years (55+ for Māori and Pasifika)

Who can join: Open to seniors 65+ (55+ for Māori and Pasifika) or anyone at increased risk of falling who can safely participate. All fitness levels welcome - whether you have limited mobility, reasonable fitness, or are already active.

What to bring: Comfortable clothes (track pants, shorts, tights) and secure footwear (lace-up shoes or sneakers).
