Join our low-impact classes suitable for reasonable to good mobility levels. Each session focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility and promoting overall balance in the body.

  • Class Schedule:Monday: 9:30am (Over 50's) & 10:45am (Over 75's)
  • Tuesday: 9am & 10:15am
  • Wednesday: 10:30am
  • Thursday: 9:30am
  • Friday: 9:45am
  • Location: 114 Hardy Street (upstairs), Nelson 7010
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing like track pants, shorts, tights with t-shirts or sweatshirts. Snug-fitting shoes or sneakers.
