- Class Schedule:Monday: 9:30am (Over 50's) & 10:45am (Over 75's)
- Tuesday: 9am & 10:15am
- Wednesday: 10:30am
- Thursday: 9:30am
- Friday: 9:45am

- What to wear: Comfortable clothing like track pants, shorts, tights with t-shirts or sweatshirts. Snug-fitting shoes or sneakers.
