🌿 Join Sarah Jane's gentle Mobility & Balance classes at the Workroom, Kawakawa Library. This slow-paced class incorporates movements to improve basic strength, balance, coordination, and ease of movement for everyday life.
Suitable for: People with limited mobility (Level 1) and those with reasonable mobility (Level 2)
Location: The Workroom, Kawakawa Library, 56 Gillies Street, Kawakawa 0210
Cost: $10 per session
Sessions include:
- Gentle mobility exercises
- Balance improvement activities
- Functional strength building
- Morning tea and social time on Mondays and Thursdays
Who can join: Anyone 65+ (or 55+ for Māori and Pasifika), or anyone at increased risk of falling who can safely participate
What to wear: Comfortable clothes (track pants, shorts, etc.) and supportive footwear
