🌿 Join Sarah Jane's gentle Mobility & Balance classes at the Workroom, Kawakawa Library. This slow-paced class incorporates movements to improve basic strength, balance, coordination, and ease of movement for everyday life. Bookings not essential but please contact Sarah for your first session.

Who can join: Anyone 65+ (or 55+ for Māori and Pasifika), or anyone at increased risk of falling who can safely participate
