Join us for a relaxing and enriching mindfulness series designed specifically for seniors. Through gentle guided exercises, explore techniques like mindful breathing, body scans, and mindful movement to cultivate inner peace, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being—all in a supportive and welcoming environment.
