Description of Lifefit Low
Getting you moving
Anyone who enjoys moving to music and has some experience of good old-fashioned aerobics will enjoy the cardio segments in classes. Instructors are experienced in providing for different abilities in the class.
What to expect
Participants can use the sturdy wooden poles to assist with balance as there are no chairs. Between the two leaders, there is plenty of variety and challenge for those looking for it. The class is 60 minutes. There are several active rests during the hour. No class on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year holidays.
Clayton and Mary Anne have many years of experience teaching group exercise and provide fun, challenging classes with plenty of variety.
The Uni Rec Centre, at Waikato University, can be accessed through Gate 1 on Knighton Rd. There are several car parks saved for class participants. These are along the grass border facing the Rec Centre. On your first visit, ask for a Lifefit car pass and put it on your dashboard when you arrive.
