💪 Legends Strength & Balance at Lido Aquatic Centre helps you improve balance and build muscle strength for fall prevention, while maintaining your ability to enjoy everyday activities.
This class is specially designed for those with limited mobility, who may use walking aids, have reduced strength, or feel unsure about physical activities.
