💪 Join our fun fitness group at Unipol Recreation Services led by qualified instructor Tom Ross. This 60-minute class combines low-impact aerobics with strength and balance exercises to improve your overall fitness and wellbeing.

- Exercise to music with small hand weights and floor exercises
