Description of Kiwi Strength & Balance Class at Next Step Gym

💪 Join our supportive Strength & Balance class at Next Step Gym in Whakatāne! Perfect for all mobility levels, this fun class helps improve your balance, coordination, and overall strength in a safe, welcoming environment.

Our circuit-style sessions use both seated and standing exercises with simple equipment like bands and balls. Small class sizes mean our instructor Chris can provide individual support and tailor exercises to suit your personal needs.

Class Details:

  • Suitable for all mobility levels - whether you use walking aids or have reasonable mobility
  • Entry fee: $10
  • Location: Next Step Gym, 43 Kakahoroa Drive, Whakatāne
  • Plenty of free parking available
  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle
