LBT workouts are particularly effective for strengthening your core, improving posture, and enhancing lower body definition. The exercises we incorporate help to boost metabolism, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase muscular endurance.

While this class is designed for those with good fitness levels, our experienced instructor Sarajane can provide modifications to help you work at your own pace as you build strength and confidence.

Bring a water bottle, towel, and your determination! Wearing comfortable fitness clothing and supportive trainers is recommended for this dynamic workout.
