Green Drinks with Wash Not Waste

Green Drinks serves as a global grassroots networking initiative that brings together individuals monthly with a shared commitment to environmental sustainability in a relaxed social setting. Each event features special guests from within the sustainability space plus the free time to mingle and meet like-minded people.

This month we are introducing our Wash not Waste program to Whangarei. A zero waste events system, Wash not Waste was born from the question, "Why are we throwing out disposable packaging at events when we could be washing and reusing dishes instead?"

Check out our sweet dishwasher on wheels set up and hear about the waste reduction impact this program has had in the far north. Whangarei now has its own Wash not waste trailer! Got an event coming up that we could help you reduce waste at? Come along and check out the set up.

This is a free event. snacks and refreshments will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there!

We will be seeking guest speakers for upcoming Greendrinks, so if you have a passion and want to share it then lets connect!
