🧠Steady As You Go is a gentle exercise class that focuses on improving your strength and balance. This supportive class includes seated exercises, standing activities, and walking practice, making it perfect for those with limited to reasonable mobility.
Regular participants report feeling stronger, more confident, and notice significant improvements in their stability and everyday movements.
