🧘♀️ Stay Strong: Te Ara Whakaora is a gentle, supportive class designed specifically for those with limited mobility or who use walking aids. This Level 1 class focuses on building muscle strength and improving balance in a gradual, comfortable way.
Each 45-minute session begins with seated exercises, progresses to standing movements (using a chair for support if needed), and finishes with a seated cooldown and stretching. All equipment is provided, and your first class is free!
- Cost: $3 per session
- Location: St David's Church, 158-160 Rifle Range Road, Frankton, Hamilton
- Access: Building just right of main church entrance, accessible via ramp or steps
- Parking: Plenty available in the church carpark
- Bring: Comfortable clothes, snug fitting sneakers or lace-up shoes
