Whether you're new to exercise or just looking for a gentle start, this class welcomes you with open arms. Held at St Silas Anglican Church in Redwood, Christchurch, it focuses on building strength and balance through simple seated, standing, and walking activities. Designed for seniors with limited mobility or reasonable mobility, the group setting adds a friendly social touch that makes it enjoyable.

You'll notice real improvements in your stability and overall strength, just like our regular participants do.
