🧠 SAYGo (Steady As You Go) is a gentle exercise class developed through Age Concern and based on the Otago Exercise Programme. Join us at Holy Spirit Church where regular participants gain confidence, feel stronger, and notice improvements in their stability.
This class is perfect for those with limited mobility or reasonable mobility. You'll benefit whether you use a walking aid or can move around without help.
