If you're new to exercise or just want to take it easy, the SAYGo class is a great place to start. It's designed for over 65s with limited mobility or reasonable mobility, whether you use a walking aid or get around on your own. You'll build strength, improve your balance, and feel more confident in your daily moves. This Steady As You Go programme, based on the Otago Exercise Programme, helps reduce the risk of falls through simple, evidence-based exercises.
