🧠 Steady As You Go offers gentle, physiotherapy-based strength and balance exercises in a supportive, weekly one-hour class at South Dunedin Baptist Church. Perfect for seniors or those with limited mobility looking to improve balance and stability.
This friendly class includes seated, standing and walking exercises led by trained Peer Leaders from Age Concern. The supportive environment makes it ideal for those who use walking aids or feel unsure about physical activities.
