🧠 Steady As You Go is a gentle, physiotherapy-based strength and balance class designed for those with limited mobility. Join our friendly, supportive community for weekly one-hour sessions at Age Concern Octagon.

This accessible programme includes seated, standing and walking exercises led by trained Peer Leaders. Perfect for seniors or anyone looking to improve stability and confidence in a supportive environment.
