๐Ÿง“ Steady As You Go is a gentle, physiotherapy-based strength and balance class designed specifically for those with limited mobility. Join our friendly, supportive group at Macandrew Bay Bowling Club for this accessible weekly session.

This one-hour class includes seated, standing and walking exercises led by trained Peer Leaders. Perfect for improving stability and confidence in a safe environment.
