This one-hour session includes seated, standing, and walking exercises led by trained Peer Leaders. It's geared towards older adults who want to stay active and prevent falls.
The class takes place at the Presbyterian Church in Lawrence, Otago. It suits those with limited mobility, including people using walking aids or feeling unsure about physical activities. Regular practice can improve strength and balance in just ten weeks. You'll also gain better mobility for daily tasks and build confidence in a supportive group setting.
