Join our weekly Steady As You Go class at Kaitangata Church - a gentle, physiotherapy-based strength and balance programme specially designed for those with limited mobility. 🌿 This supportive one-hour class includes seated, standing and walking exercises led by trained Peer Leaders.

Suitable for anyone looking to improve balance, recover from illness or surgery, or continue progress after physiotherapy. Just $3 per session. Bring flat shoes, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle.
