Fall Prevention Exercise Class in Waipukurau

This class offers a free weekly programme to build muscle strength, improve balance, and help prevent falls. It's geared towards older adults with limited to reasonable mobility, so it's a good fit if you use a walking aid or walk on your own with average strength and balance. You'll enjoy gentle seated warm-ups, standing exercises with chair support if needed, and cool-downs, all following the Otago Exercise Programme.
