π FaDs (Fitness for those with Disabilities) is a fun, supportive fitness class designed specifically for adults with disabilities at South West Baptist Church in Halswell, Christchurch.
This welcoming 30-minute session includes:
- Proper warm-up exercises
- Strength and balance training
- Circuit activities
- Cool down period
π§ Suitable for participants with limited mobility who may use walking aids, as well as those with reasonable mobility who can walk independently. Our inclusive approach ensures everyone can participate at their own pace.
