Faith Fit offers fun, energetic chair-based exercise classes designed to improve strength and balance. Each session includes freestanding exercises using chairs for support, plus seated core workouts—all to uplifting music in an encouraging environment.

Perfect for those with limited mobility (Level 1) or reasonable mobility (Level 2). Classes cost $5 and are held at the Anglican Church Hall on Hokianga Road, Dargaville.
