🧘‍♀️ Find your centre with BODYBALANCE® at Stanmore Bay Pool and Leisure Centre - the perfect blend of yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength while leaving you feeling calm and centred.

This Level 3 class features controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses set to music. Ideal for those with good mobility and fitness levels.

What is BodyBalance® and Why Kiwis Love It? 🧠💪

BodyBalance® is a popular Les Mills workout that has gained a strong following across New Zealand. This mind-body programme combines elements from yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to create a comprehensive workout that improves flexibility, builds core strength, and promotes mental wellbeing.

During each 55-minute class, you'll flow through a series of simple yet challenging movements, stretches and poses. The workout is set to calming music that helps you focus on controlled breathing and proper technique.

Regular participation in BodyBalance® offers numerous benefits:

  • Improved flexibility through gentle stretching sequences that target major muscle groups
  • Enhanced core strength using Pilates-inspired movements that stabilise your body

This Level 3 class at Stanmore Bay is designed for participants with good mobility and fitness levels. Newcomers with appropriate fitness can still join but should inform the instructor of any limitations before class begins.
