🧘♀️ BODYBALANCE® at Glenfield Pool and Leisure Centre combines yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates in one class to build flexibility and strength while leaving you feeling centred and calm. This mindful workout features controlled breathing, concentration and carefully structured stretches, moves and poses set to music.
Class Schedule:
- Monday: 6:20pm
- Tuesday: 10:00am
- Wednesday: 10:15am, 7:15pm
- Thursday: 10:30am, 4:45pm
- Friday: 7:00am, 10:00am
- Saturday: 10:45am
- Sunday: 10:45am
Difficulty Level: Level 3 (Suitable for people with good mobility, fitness, strength and balance who are confident with physical activities)
