Body Balance is a Les Mills programme that delivers the perfect blend of three holistic disciplines to create a workout that centres your mind while strengthening your body. This class is rated Level 3, making it ideal for participants with good mobility, fitness levels, and confidence in physical activities.

During each 55-minute session, you'll flow through a series of simple yet challenging movements that:

  • Improve flexibility and increase range of motion
  • Build core strength and stability
  • Enhance balance and coordination
  • Reduce stress and promote mindfulness
  • Improve posture and body awareness

The class typically begins with Tai Chi warm-up movements to centre your mind and prepare your body. You'll then progress through a series of Yoga poses and sequences that strengthen and stretch your entire body, before incorporating Pilates-inspired exercises that target your core muscles. The session concludes with a relaxing meditation and stretching segment.

Body Balance is set to carefully selected music that complements each movement phase, creating an immersive experience that helps you disconnect from outside stressors and focus on your practice. Though challenging, the class offers modifications for most movements, allowing you to work at your own pace.
