🌊 Aqua for Beginners is a gentle, fun water-based fitness class perfect for those with limited mobility or who are new to water exercise. Using floatation noodles and dumbbells, you'll enjoy improving your strength, balance, and core stability—all with zero impact on your joints!

This Level 1 class is set to great music and suitable for absolute beginners. Join instructor Cindy Stewart for a splash of fun and fitness at the Franklin Pool & Leisure Centre.
