💪 Join Jenny's welcoming "Be Strong, Be Fit, Be Stable" class at Beerescourt Bowling Club in Hamilton. This 45-minute session combines movement to music with strength and balance activities, perfect for all mobility levels.
Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, you can work at your own pace. Options to sit or stand with chairs available for balance support. Just $4 per session!
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes and snug-fitting shoes or trainers. All equipment provided.
Who can join: Open to anyone 65+ (55+ for Māori and Pasifika) or those at risk of falling who can safely participate.
Where to find us: Beerescourt Bowling Club, 68 Maeroa Road, Maeroa, Hamilton. Located down the driveway, past the tennis club and dance school.
