Benefits of Water-Based Exercise for Kiwis of All Ages 🏊‍♀️

Aquacise offers a brilliant workout option for Kiwis looking for effective exercise without the strain on joints and muscles. The natural buoyancy of water reduces impact while providing resistance that strengthens muscles throughout your entire body.

Why Aquacise is fantastic for your wellbeing:

  • Provides up to 12 times more resistance than land exercises while being gentler on the body
  • Improves cardiovascular fitness and endurance
  • Strengthens muscles without putting stress on joints
  • Increases flexibility and range of motion
  • Burns calories effectively for weight management
  • Reduces blood pressure and improves circulation

Water-based exercise is particularly beneficial during our warm Kiwi summers, offering a refreshing way to stay active while keeping cool. The supportive environment makes it an excellent choice for those returning to exercise after injury, older adults, or anyone looking for a social, fun way to maintain fitness.

No special equipment is needed - just bring yourself and comfortable swimwear. All exercise tools will be provided during the class. 💪 🌊
