Experience the Peaceful Benefits of Ai Chi 💆‍♀️

Ai Chi is a revolutionary water-based exercise program that combines elements of traditional Tai Chi with the therapeutic properties of warm water. Created specifically for the aquatic environment, this gentle practice offers numerous health benefits while being kind to your joints.

During each session, you'll perform a series of simple water exercises and relaxation techniques using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of arms, legs, and torso in flowing continual patterns. The buoyancy of water reduces stress on joints while providing natural resistance for muscle strengthening.

The warm hydrotherapy pool (33-34°C) enhances the experience by:

  • Improving blood circulation throughout your body
  • Reducing muscle tension and joint pain
  • Enhancing flexibility and range of motion
  • Promoting better balance and coordination
  • Creating a peaceful mental state through mindful movement

Our Ai Chi class is particularly beneficial for seniors and those recovering from injury. The supportive social environment also offers the perfect opportunity to meet new people while improving your physical and mental wellbeing.

After your session, feel free to relax in our spa to further enhance the therapeutic benefits of your visit. Regular participation in Ai Chi can lead to improved posture, reduced stress, and greater overall mobility in your daily life.
