π§ Join our welcoming 60+ Strength, Balance & Mobility class in Whitianga - perfect for older adults looking to improve fitness while enjoying social connections with like-minded people. This inclusive class caters to different mobility levels with options to sit or stand as needed.
Class Details:
- 60-minute sessions with both seated and standing exercise options
- Suitable for varying mobility levels - chairs available for balance support
- 11am class open to newcomers
- Entry fee: $2
- Location: Anglican Church, 7 Dundas Street, Whitianga
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothes (track pants, shorts, tights or trousers with t-shirts)
- Suitable footwear (lace-up or snug-fitting shoes/sneakers)
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class
