Zumba Gold Dance Fitness at Parksyde Community Centre

💃 A fun, energetic dance class designed for active older adults who want to challenge their balance, strength, and co-ordination. Enjoy low to medium intensity Latin-inspired dance routines that will get your body moving while improving your overall fitness.This class is perfect for those with reasonable to good mobility who feel comfortable with physical activity.
