Sit and Be Fit Seated Exercise ClassSit 'n' Be Fit is a fun, social, and accessible seated exercise class designed specifically for older adults or anyone with limited mobility. Led by our supportive instructors, this class focuses on improving your physical health without the strain of high-impact movement all while moving to upbeat, familiar music.What to Expect A Full-Body Workout: We use a variety of equipment (resistance bands, light weights, and balls) to keep sessions interesting and effective.
