Senior Strength and Balance Classes - Beachlands

🧘‍♀️ Fit 50+ Senior Strength and Balance offers a small, personal class experience limited to just 6 participants. Enjoy a fun range of gentle exercises set to music that you can do either seated or standing. Our program is specifically designed to improve balance, strength and coordination, helping increase your energy and mobility for everyday activities. Instructor: Lynne Phillips Date: Tuesdays (except for school holidays- so no class on 7/4 or 14/4) Time: 9:30 to 10:30 (45min class with stretch and relaxation) Cost: $12 casual or $100 for 10 classes (with no timeframe) Location: Te Puru Community Centre Beachlands (Function Room) **No need to book** Benefits of Senior Strength and Balance TrainingAs we age, maintaining physical strength and balance becomes increasingly important for everyday independence and quality of life.
