Prost-FIT Exercise Circuit for men living with prostate cancer.Every Wednesday 1-2pm. FREE.A specialised circuit class designed for men dealing with the effects of prostate cancer. A great group of blokes who know what it's like, and know the benefits of a regular tailored exercise session focussing on strength (resistance/weights, bands), agility, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, interaction and guided relaxation.
