In other words, every subject taught touches and stimulates and strengthens the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual understanding and maturity of the individual. Tushita Mystery School offers a curriculum of subjects, workshops and retreats that encourage and inspire people of all ages towards their common humanity, the otherwise forgotten thread that runs through every body and every culture.

2026 Retreat Dates:13th - 17th February8th - 12th May26th - 30th June21st - 25th AugustJoin Arohananda and supporting practitioners for a transformative 4-night, 5-day retreat at Tushita Ashram in Peria Northland, designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind and renew your sense of self.We will explore Five Doors of Meditation and Presence throughout the retreat. The five themes we will delve into over the days are:+ Conservation of Energy+ Elimination/Letting go+ De@th+ Grief+ CreativityThese five visualisation meditations will be gently woven together with breathing exercises, yoga nidra, journaling and Reflective Discourse with Arohananda.
