Across two lessons, participants sculpt a realistic clay shoe from life using their own shoe as reference. The class explores maquettes, clay states, slab‑building, joining techniques, scale and shrinkage, pausing clay, simple tool‑making, templates, and armatures. Students develop practical sculptural skills while creating a detailed, well‑supported clay form.Please bring: Your own shoe to replicate Suitable clothing okay for getting a little dirty, an apron Snacks, and refreshments you may require.
