🧘‍♀️ Yoga Gold with Chevanne at Walter Nash Centre is a balanced and accessible yoga class perfect for both beginners and more experienced practitioners. This supportive class focuses on enhancing joint mobility, building strength, improving balance, and promoting falls prevention techniques.

This class is suitable for those with reasonable mobility through to good fitness levels. You'll feel comfortable if you can walk unassisted and have average to good strength and balance.

It is followed by coffee club. Coffee club ☕️ with the yoga ladies is for anyone.
