Weekly Bridge Sessions for Everyone
Come and try a friendly game of bridge at the Cromwell Bridge Club, where all are welcome to join in the fun. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, our weekly sessions offer a relaxed way to enjoy this classic card game while connecting with others in the community. Sessions run on Monday afternoons starting at 1:00pm sharp and Thursday evenings at 7:15pm β please be seated 10 minutes before the start time to ensure smooth play.
Each session lasts about 120 minutes and features engaging bridge play tailored to different formats. On Mondays, we host an individual handicap series throughout the year, kicking off on 9th February 2026. Thursday evenings focus on standard club play, providing opportunities to test your skills and learn from fellow enthusiasts. The entry fee is $5 table money per session, and we encourage pre-buying vouchers, which can be obtained on the night. For convenient payment, internet banking is preferred.
No partner? No problem β visitors are warmly welcomed at any session. If you need a partner, simply contact Carole Bee at 027 632 7853. This setup makes it easy for anyone to participate, fostering social bonds and mental stimulation through strategic card play. Bridge is a great hobby that sharpens focus and encourages conversation, helping build lasting connections in a supportive group setting. Suitable for all ages, these sessions promote community engagement without any strict requirements beyond the table fee.
