Choir Rehearsals

Young singers arrive ready to warm up their voices and dive straight into four-part choral work. Newcomers are greeted by the group and quickly join the flow of vocal exercises, part learning and full ensemble singing. The session suits youth aged 16-25 who enjoy structured music-making in a supportive setting, whether they are university students or local singers looking to develop their skills.

These rehearsals run weekly on Wednesday evenings. Participants work on technique, blend and repertoire under the guidance of the conductor, building towards upcoming local performances. The atmosphere encourages focus while allowing singers to connect with others who share the same passion for choral music.

Where It All Happens

Rehearsals are held at All Saints' Church in Dunedin North. Singers head inside to the main space where seating is arranged for the choir. The venue provides a calm, acoustically suitable environment that supports clear sound and focused practice each week.
