Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a popular style that emphasizes the connection between movement and breath. The word "vinyasa" translates to "placing in a special way," referring to the mindful sequencing of postures that flow from one to another.
This dynamic practice offers several benefits for mind and body:

Classes typically begin with gentle warm-ups before progressing to sun salutations and a series of standing and seated postures. The practice often concludes with cooling poses and a final relaxation.
As this class is rated Level 2-3, it's ideal for those with reasonable to good mobility. You should be comfortable with basic yoga poses and have average to good levels of strength, balance and fitness. While challenging, modifications can be offered to accommodate different abilities within these levels.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Yoga mats are typically provided, but you're welcome to bring your own if preferred.
