🧘‍♀️ Positive Spirit Tai Chi classes in Whangārei are designed to improve strength, balance and overall wellbeing. Our sessions help you meet new people while relieving stress and tension. Whether you're a complete beginner or more experienced practitioner, we have classes suitable for all mobility levels.
