Tai Chi and Qigong for Intermediate Over 65s at Helensville Club

If you're new to Tai Chi and Qigong, don't worry – this class is a gentle way to start building a connection between your mind and body. It's held at the Helensville Tennis Club on 164 Rautawhiri Road in Helensville, Auckland, where you'll enjoy a friendly atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome. These relaxing, low-impact exercises focus on flowing movements that help with stress reduction, better balance and coordination, enhanced flexibility, improved breathing, and clearer thinking.

This session suits over 65s with reasonable mobility, meaning you can walk without help, move around easily, and have average strength and balance.
