Sunday Teens and Adults Kung Fu

Teens and Adults Kung Fu Sessions

Participants arrive ready for a focused training session in traditional Shaolin Kung Fu. The group begins with warm-ups and conditioning drills before moving into forms practice, technique refinement, and controlled partner work. Teens and adults train together, building fitness, coordination, and practical self-defence skills in a supportive environment.

This session runs every Sunday afternoon and suits those looking for consistent martial-arts training. Beginners receive guidance on basics while more experienced students advance their forms and sparring. The emphasis stays on steady progress through regular attendance rather than competition.

• Work through traditional Shaolin forms and stances
• Develop strength, balance, and flexibility
• Learn practical self-defence applications
• Improve focus and discipline during partner drills
• Build fitness through structured conditioning
• Train alongside others at similar skill levels

The Kung Fu School hosts these weekly gatherings in Feilding for anyone aged 13 and over. No prior experience is required, and visitors are welcome to join in.

The training space sits in central Feilding, making it straightforward to reach from surrounding areas of Manawatū-Whanganui.
