Description of Strong & Stable MS & Parkinson's Class | Christchurch

💪 Strong & Stable is a specialised fitness class designed for people with MS and Parkinson's. This supportive programme focuses on improving balance, gait, and overall strength in a friendly Christchurch environment.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels (from those needing some assistance to those with good mobility) but requires participants to be able to get up and down from the floor independently.
