💪 Join our 45-minute Strong & Stable fitness class at St Kilda Village, Cambridge - suitable for all mobility levels! Classes can be done sitting or standing based on your comfort level.
Monday classes focus on seated exercises for those with limited mobility, while Tuesday classes offer slightly higher intensity workouts - perfect for beginners and those looking to improve strength and balance.
- Complete workout including warmup, aerobic exercises, resistance band training, balance work, and cooldown
- Exercise at your own pace and intensity
- Led by Vicki Fleming, qualified clinical exercise physiologist
- Only $5 per class
- Disability parking available
- No classes on public holidays (classes run during school holidays)
Open to anyone 65+ (55+ for Māori and Pasifika) or those at risk of falling who can safely participate. Wear comfortable clothing and snug-fitting shoes or trainers.
