💪 Strong & Stable is a versatile fitness class suitable for all levels, offering both seated and standing options to match your comfort and ability. Classes run at Cambridge Baptist Church for just $3 per session.
Each session includes:

Instructor Vicki Fleming brings over 5 years of teaching experience backed by her post-master's in clinical exercise physiology, along with expertise in Podiatry and Biomechanics.
