  • Level 1: Suitable for those with limited mobility, using walking aids, or feeling unsure about physical activities
  • Level 2: Perfect for participants with reasonable mobility who can move without assistance
  • Level 3: Ideal for those with good mobility, fitness levels and confidence in physical activities
