Looking to boost your energy and improve your daily mobility in a friendly, supportive environment? Join us for a 60-minute session designed specifically for seniors who want to stay moving and feel great.

We pair easy-to-follow movements with upbeat music to keep the energy high and the stress low. This class focuses on the three pillars of healthy aging:

  • Strength: Using resistance bands to tone muscle and support bone health.
  • Flexibility: Gentle stretching to keep your joints limber and improve range of motion.
  • Balance: Dedicated practice to increase stability and confidence in your everyday activities.

Every session concludes with seated relaxation, allowing you to cool down and leave feeling refreshed and centered. Whether you are a fitness regular or just getting started, these moves are accessible, fun, and effective.
