💪 Growing Younger Squads - Specialised strength and cardio training for active individuals aged 40+ at our Howick, Auckland facility.

Our Level 3 training sessions focus on building functional strength through dynamic resistance training using barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. Perfect for those with good mobility who want to maintain their fitness and translate gym strength into real-life capability.
